By accessing, browsing, registering, subscribing or otherwise using this website, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of this website immediately and should not register, submit personal information or purchase any membership package.

These Terms apply to every visitor regardless of nationality, country of residence or membership category, including free members, paid members and premium members.

About Amlu Online Services (AOS)

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony is owned, operated and maintained by Amlu Online Services (AOS), a Government Registered Enterprise having Registration Number 100/2014 and GSTIN 33ABAFA1649L1ZL.

AOS provides online matrimonial search services exclusively for members of the worldwide Telugu Brahmin community. The platform enables eligible Telugu Brahmin brides, grooms and their families to create verified matrimonial profiles, search suitable life partners and communicate according to the membership facilities offered by the Platform.

The Platform is administered from India and operates in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India. Members residing outside India may also use the Platform, provided such use does not violate the laws applicable in their own country or jurisdiction.

Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned below throughout this document.

• "Platform" means the Telugu Brahmin Matrimony website, mobile applications, services, software and related digital infrastructure operated by Amlu Online Services.
• "AOS" means Amlu Online Services, the owner and operator of Telugu Brahmin Matrimony.
• "Member" means any individual who has created a registration on the Platform, irrespective of whether such registration is approved, free, paid, suspended or deleted.
• "Visitor" means any person browsing the Platform without creating a member account.
• "Administrator" means an authorised representative appointed by Amlu Online Services to manage and moderate Platform activities.
• "Profile" means all personal information, photographs, documents, preferences and other information submitted by a Member during registration or profile updates.
• "Membership" means the level of service assigned to a Member, including Free Membership, Paid Membership or Premium Membership.
• "Verification" means the administrative review of identity documents, address proof, photographs and profile information before profile approval.

Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting or using Telugu Brahmin Matrimony, you voluntarily agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund Policy and any additional operational guidelines published by Amlu Online Services from time to time.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modification of these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those revised Terms. Members who disagree with any future revision should discontinue using the Platform and may request permanent deletion of their account.

These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and Amlu Online Services regarding your use of Telugu Brahmin Matrimony.

Eligibility to Use Telugu Brahmin Matrimony

Only individuals who are legally competent to enter into a valid contract under the applicable laws of their country may register and use Telugu Brahmin Matrimony.

By registering, every Member declares and warrants that:

• They have attained the legally permissible marriageable age applicable to them.
• The information submitted during registration is true and accurate.
• They possess the legal capacity to enter into matrimonial discussions.
• They are registering either for themselves or with the lawful consent of the individual whose profile is being created.
• They will not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.

Amlu Online Services reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend access or permanently remove any account that fails to satisfy these eligibility requirements.

Nature of Matrimonial Service

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony is an online matrimonial search and profile management platform designed exclusively for the worldwide Telugu Brahmin community. The Platform enables eligible members to publish verified matrimonial profiles, search for compatible Telugu Brahmin brides or grooms and establish matrimonial communication according to the facilities available under their membership category.

The Platform is intended to facilitate matrimonial introductions only. Telugu Brahmin Matrimony does not act as a marriage broker, marriage counsellor, legal advisor, astrologer or guarantor of matrimonial success.

Every matrimonial decision, communication, verification, family discussion, engagement and marriage remains solely the responsibility of the concerned individuals and their families.

Intermediary Status

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony functions as an online intermediary platform facilitating the publication of member-generated matrimonial information and the discovery of compatible matrimonial profiles. Members are solely responsible for the information they voluntarily submit to the Platform.

Although Amlu Online Services performs administrative verification of identity documents, address proof, photographs and profile information before approving profiles, such verification is intended to improve the authenticity of the Platform and should not be interpreted as a guarantee regarding the accuracy, character, conduct, intentions or future behaviour of any Member.

Members are strongly advised to independently verify all matrimonial information before making personal, financial or matrimonial decisions.

Worldwide Membership

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony welcomes eligible Telugu Brahmin members residing anywhere in the world. Members may register irrespective of their present country of residence, citizenship or future settlement plans, provided they comply with these Terms and all applicable laws governing their jurisdiction.

By using the Platform outside India, Members acknowledge that they remain responsible for complying with the local laws applicable in their country while also respecting the governing laws applicable to Telugu Brahmin Matrimony.

The Platform may offer country-specific search facilities, citizenship preferences and preferred country after marriage options to simplify international matrimonial matching among the worldwide Telugu Brahmin community.

Member Registration Policy

Registration on Telugu Brahmin Matrimony is open only to eligible Telugu Brahmin brides, grooms or their authorised parents or legal guardians acting with the knowledge and consent of the concerned individual. Every registration is subject to administrative verification before approval.

Creating a registration does not automatically create an approved matrimonial profile. Every registration shall undergo verification of identity, profile information, photographs and supporting documents before becoming visible to other members.

Amlu Online Services reserves the absolute right to approve, reject, suspend or permanently remove any registration that does not satisfy the operational standards of the Platform or violates these Terms.

One Member – One Account Policy

Each individual shall maintain only one active matrimonial account on Telugu Brahmin Matrimony unless specifically authorised in writing by Amlu Online Services.

Multiple registrations created for the same individual using different usernames, email addresses, mobile numbers or misleading information may be suspended, merged or permanently removed without prior notice.

Repeated creation of duplicate accounts after suspension or deletion may result in permanent restriction from accessing the Platform.

Identity Verification Policy

To improve authenticity and minimise fake profiles, every member must submit genuine identity information during registration.

By registering, every member certifies that the information provided, including but not limited to the following, is true and belongs to them:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Marital Status
• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Residential Address
• Educational Details
• Professional Details
• Identity Proof
• Address Proof

Submission of false, misleading, forged or impersonated information may result in immediate rejection, suspension or permanent deletion of the account without refund.

Mandatory Profile Photograph Policy

A clear profile photograph is mandatory for registration. The uploaded photograph should reasonably represent the individual whose matrimonial profile is being created and should correspond with the submitted identity documents.

Photographs that are heavily edited, blurred, misleading, offensive or unrelated to the registered member may be rejected during administrative review.

Members may upload additional gallery photographs wherever permitted. All photographs remain subject to administrative approval before becoming visible on the Platform.

Female Privacy and Profile Photograph Policy

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony recognises that certain female members may wish to maintain additional privacy while searching for a suitable life partner.

Accordingly, female members may choose to display an appropriate symbolic image, traditional artwork or AI-generated female portrait instead of their actual facial photograph.

However, this privacy option does not exempt any member from identity verification. Every female member must still upload genuine Government-issued identity proof and valid address proof during registration for administrative verification.

The use of AI-generated or symbolic profile photographs for the purpose of misleading, impersonating another individual or creating a false identity is strictly prohibited.

Mandatory Identity and Address Proof

Identity verification is one of the most important safety measures adopted by Telugu Brahmin Matrimony. Every member shall upload clear copies of valid Government-issued identity proof together with supporting address proof during registration.

Where applicable, members shall upload both the front and reverse sides of the required identity document.

The submitted address must reasonably correspond with the uploaded proof documents. Administrative verification may be delayed where the submitted information appears incomplete or inconsistent.

Identity documents remain confidential and are not displayed publicly to other members.

Profile Approval Process

Every registration submitted on Telugu Brahmin Matrimony undergoes administrative verification before approval.

During this verification process, the Administrator may review:

• Identity Proof
• Address Proof
• Profile Photograph
• Profile Completeness
• Email Verification
• Consistency of Submitted Information
• Compliance with Platform Policies

Only after successful verification will the matrimonial profile become visible to other approved members.

Approval of a profile remains entirely at the discretion of Amlu Online Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Grounds for Rejection or Suspension

Without limiting any other rights available under law, Amlu Online Services may reject, suspend or permanently remove any registration where it reasonably believes that:

• False identity information has been submitted.
• Identity or address proof appears forged or altered.
• Mandatory documents have not been uploaded.
• Profile photographs are misleading or inappropriate.
• Duplicate registrations exist.
• The member attempts impersonation.
• The Platform is being used for unlawful purposes.
• The member abuses, threatens or harasses other users.
• Spam, advertisements or commercial solicitation are posted.
• These Terms or applicable laws have been violated.

Administrative decisions relating to profile approval, suspension or rejection shall be made in good faith to maintain the safety, integrity and reliability of the Platform.

Automatic Removal of Incomplete Registrations

To maintain the quality and authenticity of the Platform, incomplete registrations may be automatically removed from the system without prior notice.

Registrations that fail to upload a clear profile photograph, valid identity proof, address proof or other mandatory registration information within the prescribed time may not be approved.

Such incomplete registrations may be permanently deleted from the active database. Members wishing to use the Platform thereafter may be required to complete a fresh registration.

This policy helps minimise fake registrations, protects genuine members and maintains a trustworthy matrimonial environment for the worldwide Telugu Brahmin community.

Member Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

Every member is responsible for maintaining honesty, dignity and respect while using Telugu Brahmin Matrimony. The Platform has been developed to assist Telugu Brahmin brides, grooms and their families in finding suitable matrimonial alliances in a safe and trustworthy environment.

By using this Platform, every member agrees to conduct themselves lawfully, respectfully and responsibly while interacting with other members.

Members shall remain solely responsible for every piece of information, photograph, document and communication submitted through their account.

Accuracy of Information

Every member shall ensure that all profile information submitted on Telugu Brahmin Matrimony remains true, complete and up to date.

Members shall promptly update their profile whenever there is a material change in marital status, occupation, educational qualification, country of residence or other important matrimonial information.

Knowingly providing false information, concealing material facts or impersonating another individual constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

Members shall not use Telugu Brahmin Matrimony for any unlawful, abusive or misleading purpose.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake or duplicate matrimonial profiles.
• Using another person's identity or photographs.
• Uploading forged identity documents.
• Publishing offensive, obscene or defamatory material.
• Harassing, threatening or stalking other members.
• Sending spam, advertisements or promotional messages.
• Collecting member information for commercial purposes.
• Using automated software, bots or scraping tools.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Uploading malicious software or harmful code.
• Violating intellectual property rights.
• Using the Platform for any activity prohibited by applicable law.

Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or permanent termination of membership without prior notice.

Member Communication Policy

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony provides profile discovery and facilitates matrimonial introductions between eligible members according to their membership privileges.

Members are expected to communicate respectfully, honestly and only for genuine matrimonial purposes.

Once members choose to communicate through telephone, WhatsApp, email or any other external communication method, such communication takes place entirely between those members. Telugu Brahmin Matrimony is not a party to such communications and cannot supervise, verify or control conversations occurring outside the Platform.

No Public Chat or Messenger Policy

To reduce misuse, fake interactions, spam and unnecessary communications, Telugu Brahmin Matrimony intentionally does not provide an unrestricted online chat or instant messenger between members.

Instead, approved members may communicate using the contact facilities available according to their membership level after reviewing matrimonial profiles.

This policy has been adopted to encourage meaningful matrimonial interactions and to minimise misuse of the Platform.

Fraud Prevention and Member Safety

Although Telugu Brahmin Matrimony verifies identity documents before profile approval, every member should exercise independent judgement before making matrimonial, financial or personal decisions.

Members are strongly advised:

• Never send money to another member without independent verification.
• Never disclose banking passwords, OTPs or confidential financial information.
• Personally verify identity, family background and other important information before proceeding with marriage discussions.
• Immediately report suspicious profiles or fraudulent behaviour through the Ticket System.

Amlu Online Services shall not be responsible for financial loss or personal decisions made by members outside the Platform.

Photographs, Media and Uploaded Documents

Members may upload photographs, horoscope PDF files and other permitted documents as part of their matrimonial profile.

Every uploaded file shall remain subject to administrative review before approval wherever applicable.

Members shall upload only material that they own or are legally authorised to use.

Photographs, documents and media containing offensive material, copyrighted content without permission or unlawful material may be removed without notice.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Generated Images

Female members may upload suitable AI-generated portraits or symbolic images to protect personal privacy, provided their genuine Government identity documents have been submitted and successfully verified by the Administrator.

AI-generated images shall not be used for impersonation, deception or creating a false identity.

Where the Administrator reasonably believes that an uploaded image is intended to mislead other members, approval may be refused and the profile may be suspended pending clarification.

Horoscope and Astrology Policy

Uploading a horoscope PDF is optional. Members who wish to share their horoscope may upload it during registration or profile updates wherever the Platform permits.

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony neither prepares, verifies nor certifies horoscope charts. Horoscope matching remains a matter of personal belief and family preference.

Members are encouraged to consult qualified astrologers or use trusted horoscope software if horoscope compatibility forms part of their matrimonial decision-making process.

Ownership of Uploaded Content

Members retain ownership of the photographs, profile information and documents that they lawfully upload to Telugu Brahmin Matrimony.

By uploading such material, members grant Amlu Online Services a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, display and use the uploaded content solely for operating, administering, moderating and improving the matrimonial services offered through the Platform.

This licence automatically terminates when the content is permanently removed from the Platform, except where retention is required under applicable law.

Membership Policy

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony offers multiple membership categories to suit the needs of different members. The features available to each member depend upon the current membership plan assigned to that account.

Membership categories presently include Free Membership, Paid Membership and Premium Membership. The facilities, duration and profile access available under each category are described on the Membership Comparison page and may be revised by Amlu Online Services from time to time.

Approval of a matrimonial profile and approval of a paid membership are separate processes. Every member must first satisfy the profile verification requirements before any membership benefits become available.

Membership Payments

Membership payments shall be made only through the official payment facilities displayed after login. Telugu Brahmin Matrimony never requests membership payments through unsolicited telephone calls, personal messages or third-party agents.

Members should carefully verify the payment details displayed within their account before making any payment.

After making payment, members shall submit the payment reference through the payment confirmation page. Membership upgrades are activated only after manual verification by the Administrator.

Until payment verification is completed, the existing membership status shall remain unchanged.

Invoices and GST

Amlu Online Services is a registered business entity under the applicable taxation laws of India.

Where applicable, GST shall be charged according to prevailing statutory requirements. Members shall receive payment receipts and applicable tax invoices through their Membership section after successful payment verification.

Members are advised to retain their invoices for future reference.

Refund Policy Reference

Before purchasing any paid membership, every member is expected to read the separate Refund Policy published on this Platform.

By proceeding with payment, the member acknowledges that they have read and understood the applicable refund conditions.

Membership payments are made voluntarily for access to platform features and do not constitute a guarantee of marriage, responses from other members or successful matrimonial outcomes.

Privacy Policy

Amlu Online Services recognises the importance of protecting personal information entrusted by its members. Telugu Brahmin Matrimony is designed with privacy and identity verification as core operating principles.

Personal information collected during registration is used only for providing matrimonial services, profile verification, membership administration, customer support, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable law.

Identity documents and address proof submitted for verification are treated as confidential records and are never displayed publicly as part of matrimonial profiles.

Members are responsible for deciding which optional profile information they choose to display to other members through their approved matrimonial profile.

Information We Collect

Depending upon the services used, Telugu Brahmin Matrimony may collect information including:

• Profile information
• Photographs
• Identity and address proof
• Horoscope PDF files
• Membership information
• Payment references
• Support tickets
• Login history
• Technical security logs

Information is collected only for lawful matrimonial operations, security, fraud prevention and administration of the Platform.

Cookies and Technical Information

The Platform may use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, improve website performance and enhance security.

Members may disable cookies through their browser settings; however, certain features of the Platform may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

Password Security

Every member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Passwords are stored using secure one-way encryption techniques and are not available in readable form to Administrators or customer support personnel.

Accordingly, no Administrator can retrieve, disclose, communicate or reveal a member's password under any circumstances.

Members should immediately change their password if they believe their account security has been compromised.

Password Recovery

Members who forget their password shall recover access through the official password recovery facility using their registered email address or by changing their password after successful login.

For security reasons, Amlu Online Services cannot retrieve forgotten passwords and cannot manually disclose passwords to any member.

Members should ensure that their registered email address remains active to facilitate future password recovery.

Administrator Access Limitations

To protect member privacy and account security, Telugu Brahmin Matrimony operates with restricted administrative privileges.

Administrators cannot:

• View member passwords.
• Recover forgotten passwords.
• Log in as a member.
• Enter or operate a member's dashboard.
• Impersonate any registered member.
• Modify a member's username.
• Read private login credentials.

Administrative functions are limited to legitimate platform management activities such as profile approval, rejection, suspension, restoration where appropriate, membership upgrades, payment verification, document verification, responding to support tickets, sending official email notifications and processing approved account deletion requests.

All administrative actions are performed solely for maintaining the integrity, safety and lawful operation of Telugu Brahmin Matrimony.

Official Communication

Official communication from Amlu Online Services may be sent through registered email addresses, system notifications, approved support tickets or other official communication channels published on the Platform.

Administrators do not access member accounts to send messages on behalf of members, nor do they participate in personal matrimonial communications between members.

Members should regularly check their registered email address and dashboard notifications for important announcements relating to approvals, membership upgrades, account status and support requests.

Account Deletion Policy

Members who no longer wish to continue using Telugu Brahmin Matrimony may request permanent deletion of their account through the Delete Account option available within their dashboard.

Submitting a deletion request does not immediately remove the account. Every deletion request is first reviewed by the Administrator to prevent accidental or fraudulent deletion.

Once the deletion request is approved, the member's account enters the permanent deletion process in accordance with this policy.

Permanent Removal of Personal Information

Following administrative approval of an account deletion request, Telugu Brahmin Matrimony permanently removes the member's matrimonial profile, profile information, photographs, uploaded documents, horoscope PDF files, tickets, favourites, profile visibility and other associated account information from the active matrimonial database wherever applicable.

This deletion process is irreversible. Once completed, neither the deleted member nor the Administrator can recover the permanently removed profile or its associated files.

This policy has been adopted to protect member privacy, reduce unnecessary retention of personal information and maintain responsible data management practices.

Where retention of limited records is required under applicable law, taxation requirements, fraud prevention obligations or lawful governmental directions, only those records required by law may be retained for the prescribed statutory period.

Member Rights and Responsibilities

Members retain control over their matrimonial profile and may update permitted profile information during their membership period.

Members remain responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, maintaining accurate profile information and informing the Platform of significant changes affecting their matrimonial profile.

Members are encouraged to report fake profiles, suspicious activity, abusive behaviour or technical issues through the official Ticket System.

No Guarantee of Marriage

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony is a matrimonial search platform intended to facilitate introductions between eligible Telugu Brahmin brides and grooms.

Amlu Online Services does not guarantee matrimonial compatibility, family acceptance, horoscope compatibility, engagement, marriage or any particular outcome arising from use of the Platform.

Every matrimonial decision remains entirely the responsibility of the concerned individuals and their respective families.

Profile Information Disclaimer

Although every profile undergoes identity verification before approval, Telugu Brahmin Matrimony cannot guarantee that every statement made by a member will remain accurate throughout the lifetime of the profile.

Members should independently verify educational qualifications, employment details, financial information, family background, health conditions, marital status, horoscope details and all other important matters before making matrimonial decisions.

Horoscope Disclaimer

Horoscope matching is entirely a matter of personal belief.

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony neither prepares, validates nor certifies horoscope charts uploaded by members.

Members relying upon horoscope compatibility should obtain independent advice from qualified astrologers or use reliable horoscope preparation software.

External Links and Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to external websites, payment gateways, mapping services or other third-party resources provided solely for member convenience.

Amlu Online Services does not own or control such third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or security policies.

Members access third-party services entirely at their own discretion and subject to the terms governing those services.

Advertisements

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony may display advertisements supplied by advertising partners or advertising networks to support the operation and maintenance of the Platform.

The appearance of any advertisement does not constitute endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by Amlu Online Services regarding the advertised products or services.

Availability of Services

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uninterrupted access to Telugu Brahmin Matrimony, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, software updates, server failures, communication network interruptions, cyber security incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability.

Amlu Online Services shall not be liable for losses arising solely from temporary interruption of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amlu Online Services, its owners, employees, administrators and authorised representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of Telugu Brahmin Matrimony.

This includes, without limitation, matrimonial decisions, communication between members, family disputes, financial transactions between members, unsuccessful matchmaking, emotional distress or losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by any member.

Member Indemnity

Every member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amlu Online Services, its proprietors, employees, administrators and authorised representatives against claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, legal costs or losses arising from the member's violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct or misuse of the Platform.

Force Majeure

Amlu Online Services shall not be responsible for delay, interruption or failure in providing services where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, internet failures, cyber attacks, power failures, pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances or other force majeure events.

Applicable Laws and Regulatory Compliance

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony is owned and operated by Amlu Online Services (AOS), a Government Registered Enterprise in the Republic of India. The Platform is administered from India and shall operate in accordance with the applicable laws governing online intermediary services, electronic commerce and information technology.

The Platform endeavours to conduct its operations in compliance with applicable Indian legislation, including but not limited to:

• Information Technology Act, 2000 and amendments thereto.
• Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended from time to time.
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), to the extent applicable.
• Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws applicable in India.
• Any other applicable Central or State laws governing online matrimonial services.

Members accessing the Platform from outside India remain responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own country or jurisdiction.

Digital Privacy and Data Protection

Amlu Online Services recognises the importance of protecting personal information and adopts reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures to safeguard member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or misuse.

Personal information is collected only for legitimate matrimonial services, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, payment administration, legal compliance and platform security.

The Platform continually reviews its operational practices and may improve its privacy and security procedures whenever required by technological developments, legal obligations or operational necessity.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the Telugu Brahmin Matrimony website, software, source code, user interface, graphics, design, layout, logos, trademarks, databases, text, documents and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Amlu Online Services.

No part of this Platform may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, reverse engineered, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Amlu Online Services except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Members retain ownership of the personal information and media lawfully uploaded by them, subject to the limited operational licence granted under these Terms.

Administrative Rights

For maintaining the safety, integrity and lawful operation of Telugu Brahmin Matrimony, Amlu Online Services reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, restore, upgrade, downgrade or permanently remove any member account where considered necessary under these Terms or applicable law.
