Our Refund Policy

At Telugu Brahmin Matrimony, we believe in complete transparency regarding membership payments. Every visitor is encouraged to understand the available membership plans, compare their features and review this Refund Policy before voluntarily upgrading their account.

Unlike many matrimonial websites, Telugu Brahmin Matrimony allows eligible members to continue using the Platform as a Free Member without any obligation to purchase a paid subscription. Upgrading to a Paid or Premium Membership is entirely optional and remains the personal decision of each member.

Membership payments are collected solely for providing enhanced digital matrimonial services, profile access, administrative verification and premium platform features. Membership fees are not charged for arranging or guaranteeing a marriage, nor do they assure responses from other members or successful matrimonial outcomes.

Nature of Membership Services

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony is an online matrimonial search and profile management platform developed for the worldwide Telugu Brahmin community. Membership fees provide access to additional platform features and administrative services. They are not payments made for marriage brokerage, matrimonial consultancy or guaranteed matchmaking.

The Platform provides verified matrimonial profiles, search facilities, profile visibility, communication features according to membership eligibility and administrative support. Every matrimonial discussion, family interaction and marriage decision remains entirely between the concerned members and their families.

Accordingly, membership payments are consideration for digital services rendered through the Platform and shall not be interpreted as payment for a guaranteed matrimonial alliance or marriage.

Free Membership is Always Available

One of the important principles of Telugu Brahmin Matrimony is that membership payments are never compulsory.

Every approved member may continue using the Platform as a Free Member for an unlimited period or until marriage, subject to compliance with the Platform's Terms & Conditions and operational policies.

Members who choose not to upgrade may still maintain their profile, receive profile visits, be contacted by eligible paid members where applicable and continue using the available free features.

Since paid membership is entirely optional, every payment made for upgrading membership is considered a voluntary purchase after reviewing the available benefits.

No Telemarketing or Forced Membership Sales

Amlu Online Services does not employ telemarketing executives or sales representatives to persuade members into purchasing paid memberships.

You will never receive unsolicited telephone calls requesting payment for membership upgrades on behalf of Telugu Brahmin Matrimony.

Members should make payments only through the official payment facilities displayed after logging into their account. If anyone claims to represent Telugu Brahmin Matrimony and requests payment through unofficial channels, members should immediately report the incident through the official Ticket System or Contact page.

Acceptance of this Refund Policy

By making any payment towards a Paid or Premium Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and voluntarily accepted this Refund Policy in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Refund Policy, you should refrain from making payment and continue using the Platform under the available Free Membership.

Membership Payment Process

All membership payments on Telugu Brahmin Matrimony are processed through the official payment facilities made available after a member logs into their account. Members should carefully verify the membership plan, amount payable and payment details before proceeding with payment.

For security and accounting purposes, every payment is linked to the member's Username, Membership Type and Payment Reference Number. Members should ensure that these details are accurate while submitting payment confirmation.

Payments made through unofficial QR Codes, bank accounts, UPI IDs or payment links that are not displayed by Telugu Brahmin Matrimony shall not be recognised by Amlu Online Services.

Manual Payment Verification

Unlike many automated subscription platforms, Telugu Brahmin Matrimony follows a manual payment verification process to improve payment accuracy and reduce fraudulent transactions.

After making payment, members should submit their payment confirmation using the Payment Confirmation Form available inside their dashboard. The form automatically includes the member's Username, Membership Type and other relevant account information to assist verification.

Our Administrator verifies every payment manually before activating the requested membership plan. Until verification is completed, the existing membership status shall remain unchanged.

Members are requested not to make repeated payments while waiting for verification unless specifically instructed by Amlu Online Services.

Membership Activation

Paid Membership or Premium Membership becomes active only after successful payment verification by the Administrator.

Activation normally includes updating the member's account, recording the membership validity period and generating the corresponding payment receipt or invoice within the Membership section.

Members shall receive notification regarding successful activation through their dashboard, registered email address or both.

Membership Validity Period

Every paid membership remains valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

The membership expiry date is displayed within the member dashboard. Upon expiry, paid facilities automatically cease and the account continues under the applicable Free Membership unless renewed.

Failure to use membership features during the validity period does not extend the membership duration.

Receipts and GST Invoices

After successful payment verification, Telugu Brahmin Matrimony generates the appropriate payment receipt and, where applicable, GST invoice for the member.

Members may access their payment history, invoices and membership details through the Membership section available after login.

Members are advised to retain their invoices and payment receipts for future reference.

Member Responsibility Before Payment

Every member is responsible for carefully reviewing the membership features before making payment.

Members should ensure that the selected membership plan meets their expectations regarding profile access, communication facilities and other available benefits.

Payments made without reviewing the Membership Comparison page, Terms & Conditions or this Refund Policy shall nevertheless be governed by these published policies.

No Automatic Membership Renewal

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony does not automatically renew paid memberships or automatically deduct money from members after expiry.

Every renewal is a fresh and voluntary decision made by the member after reviewing the currently available membership plans and pricing.

Members who do not renew their membership shall continue using the Platform under the applicable Free Membership subject to the Platform's operational policies.

Membership Pricing

Membership prices may be revised by Amlu Online Services from time to time without prior notice in response to operational costs, taxation, new features or business requirements.

Any revised pricing shall apply only to future purchases and shall not affect memberships that have already been activated.

Members should always verify the current membership fee displayed on the official payment page before making payment.

Refund Eligibility

Telugu Brahmin Matrimony understands that payment-related issues may occasionally arise. Every refund request is individually reviewed based upon the circumstances, payment records and this Refund Policy.

Since membership provides immediate access to digital matrimonial services, profile access and administrative facilities, refunds are generally not available after membership has been verified and activated, except where required by applicable law or where Amlu Online Services determines that a genuine payment error has occurred.

Submission of a refund request does not automatically entitle a member to receive a refund.

Situations Where Refunds Are Normally Not Available

Membership payments are generally non-refundable in the following situations:

• You changed your mind after making payment.
• You did not actively use your paid membership.
• You forgot your login credentials or did not log in.
• You expected more responses from other members.
• Another member declined your proposal or interest request.
• You did not find a suitable matrimonial match.
• Your family decided not to proceed with a proposal.
• Your horoscope did not match another member.
• Your marriage was arranged through another source.
• Your membership expired before you used all available features.
• You misunderstood the available membership features despite the information published on the website.

Membership fees are paid for access to digital platform services and not for guaranteeing matrimonial success or responses from other members.

No Guarantee of Marriage

Payment of membership fees does not guarantee marriage, engagement, family approval, horoscope compatibility, profile acceptance or successful matrimonial negotiations.

Every member retains complete freedom to communicate, accept, reject or discontinue matrimonial discussions according to their own personal preferences.

Accordingly, unsuccessful matrimonial outcomes shall not constitute grounds for requesting a refund.

Duplicate Payments

If a member accidentally makes more than one payment for the same membership due to a technical error, duplicate transaction or banking issue, the member should immediately notify Amlu Online Services through the official Ticket System.

After verification of the payment records, Amlu Online Services may, at its sole discretion, provide an appropriate remedy, including adjustment towards future membership, extension of membership validity or refund where considered appropriate.

Members should include their Username, Payment Reference Number, Transaction Date and Payment Amount while reporting duplicate payments.

Failed or Incomplete Transactions

Where a payment fails, is reversed by the bank or remains incomplete before successful credit to Amlu Online Services, no membership shall be activated until payment is successfully received and verified.

Any issues relating to failed banking transactions should first be addressed with the member's bank, card issuer or payment service provider wherever applicable.

Payments Made to Incorrect Accounts

Members must ensure that payment is made only through the official QR Code, UPI ID or payment details displayed within Telugu Brahmin Matrimony.

Payments made to incorrect bank accounts, unofficial QR Codes, fraudulent UPI IDs or any payment destination not officially displayed by Telugu Brahmin Matrimony remain entirely the responsibility of the payer.

Amlu Online Services cannot verify, recover or refund payments that were never received into its official payment account.

Technical Errors

If a genuine technical fault within Telugu Brahmin Matrimony results in an incorrect membership activation, duplicate billing or other payment-related error directly attributable to the Platform, Amlu Online Services shall investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution after verification.

Members should report such issues promptly through the official Ticket System together with supporting payment details.

Fraudulent or Unauthorised Payments

Where Amlu Online Services reasonably suspects that a payment has been made using stolen financial instruments, fraudulent methods, unauthorised accounts or other unlawful means, the corresponding membership may be suspended or permanently cancelled pending investigation.

The Platform reserves the right to cooperate with banks, payment gateways and law enforcement authorities wherever required by applicable law.

Processing of Approved Refunds

Where Amlu Online Services approves a refund, the amount shall ordinarily be returned through the original payment method or by another suitable method determined by Amlu Online Services, subject to banking and payment provider procedures.

Processing times may vary depending upon banking institutions, payment gateways and applicable financial regulations.

Approval of a refund under one particular circumstance shall not create a precedent requiring approval of future refund requests under different circumstances.

Membership Cancellation

Members may choose not to renew their Paid or Premium Membership after its expiry. Since Telugu Brahmin Matrimony does not operate automatic subscription renewals, memberships automatically revert to the applicable Free Membership upon expiration unless the member voluntarily upgrades again.

Cancellation of membership after activation does not entitle the member to a partial or full refund of the membership fee already paid.

Members may continue using the Platform according to the facilities available under their current membership category until the membership validity expires or until the account is permanently deleted.

Chargeback Policy

Members shall not initiate fraudulent payment reversals, chargebacks or payment disputes after their membership has been verified and activated.

If a member initiates an unjustified chargeback after receiving membership benefits, Amlu Online Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate the member's account, cancel membership privileges and recover applicable charges through lawful means.

Nothing in this policy restricts a member from exercising rights available under applicable law where a genuine payment dispute exists.

GST and Taxation

Membership charges are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory taxes wherever required under Indian law.

GST collected on completed and verified transactions shall be governed by the applicable taxation laws. Any approved refund shall be processed together with applicable tax adjustments as required by law.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your payment qualifies for review under this Refund Policy, please submit a request through the official Ticket System available after login.

Your request should include:

• Membership Type
• Payment Date
• Transaction or UTR Reference Number
• Amount Paid
• Detailed explanation of the issue

Incomplete refund requests may require additional information before they can be reviewed.

Refund Review Process

Every refund request is examined individually after reviewing payment records, membership activation history and supporting documents submitted by the member.

Amlu Online Services reserves the right to request additional information wherever necessary before arriving at a final decision.

The decision communicated after completion of the review shall be final, subject to any rights available to the member under applicable law.

Compliance with Indian Law

This Refund Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Nothing contained in this Refund Policy shall limit or exclude any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable legislation.

Any dispute relating to membership payments or refunds shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Indian law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Changes to this Refund Policy

Amlu Online Services may revise this Refund Policy from time to time in response to changes in law, taxation, payment systems, business operations or technological developments.

The latest version published on Telugu Brahmin Matrimony shall supersede all previous versions and shall become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise specified.

Final Declaration

By purchasing or renewing any Paid or Premium Membership on Telugu Brahmin Matrimony, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood and voluntarily accepted this Refund Policy.

You further acknowledge that membership fees are paid for digital matrimonial platform services and administrative facilities, and not for guaranteeing responses from other members, matrimonial compatibility or marriage.

Your continued use of Telugu Brahmin Matrimony after making payment signifies your agreement to abide by this Refund Policy together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other applicable Platform policies.
